No, you can simply bring the email confirmation on your phone. Or you can print out your tickets if you prefer.
It is best to arrive when the doors open. This will give you time to buy a drink and snack before the film begins.

St Margaret’s: Entrance is via the side door that leads into the crypt. Look out for the Collective Cinema flag outside.
St Augustine’s: Coming from Honor Oak Station, turn right up the path that goes up One Tree Hill. Coming from Forest Hill/Peckham, turn left up the driveway that leads to the church.
There are no advance seat reservations, it is first come first served.
There will be limited tickets available to buy on the door, availability permitting. These will be more +£1 more expensive than booking online. To guarantee entry and to save money, book online!
The doors will be closed at the film start time so entry cannot be guaranteed after this, but we will do our best.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds (unless we cancel a screening), but we can switch your ticket to a future film screening, as long as you request the switch at least 24 hours prior to your original film time. Contact us via the contact page.
You can pay for refund protection insurance via See Tickets if you wish as part of of your booking confirmation.
Yes you can buy drinks and snacks in the crypt before the film begins. See Drinks and Snacks section for details. Please also note we prefer card payments, as we only have a limited cash float.
Yes the church is heated and the temperature will be set to suit whatever the weather conditions are. So you will not get cold!
Yes there is step-free access, both to enter the church and to move around within the church.
Yes there are toilets (including disabled) within the church.
Yes, no problem. There is step free access to the the church. Prams can be stored safely inside during the film.
